Biggin Hill is mainly a General Aviation airfield but also has
visits from biz jets.
Its location is near Central London
To get to the airport follow the directions on the official
site

Spotting wise, the only real place is in the airport
industrial estate, there is a dirt car park which spotters
tend to go and are not usually bothered,
If you zoom into the map in the link at the top you will be
able to see this.
When turning into the industrial estate this car park is on
your left. from here the main runway is just to your left.
Bizjets can be seen parked further ahead by the terminal
building as well as to the right by the hangers, unfortunately
you cant get views of some of them as hangers and other
buildings obstruct them.
